Aurion London × Quintessentially Travel UK — Partnership Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 These Partnership Terms and Conditions (the “Partnership Terms”) govern the provision of services by Aurion London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16842132 (“Aurion”), to clients of Quintessentially Travel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06648649 (“Q”), under the partnership between Aurion and Q dated 14 May 2026 (the “Partnership”).
1.2 These Partnership Terms are supplementary to Aurion’s standard Terms and Conditions of Service, published at aurion.london/term-and-conditions/ (the “Standard Terms”). In the event of any conflict between these Partnership Terms and the Standard Terms in relation to a booking made under the Partnership, these Partnership Terms shall prevail.
2. Definitions
2.1 In these Partnership Terms, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
- (a) “Code” means the unique referral code QUINM26 issued by Aurion for use under the Partnership.
- (b) “Member” means a Quintessentially Travel member or a Quintessentially Travel non-member client to whom Q has issued the Code.
- (c) “Member Rates” means the rates set out in clause 6.
- (d) “Personalised Recovery Plan” means the personalised guidance document signed by Andrew Barile, Aurion Co-Founder and Chief Wellness Officer, and provided as part of the Returning Traveller Protocol.
- (e) “Returning Traveller Protocol” means the three-session sequence set out in clause 5.
- (f) “Signature Consultation” means the 20-minute consultation with Andrew Barile or one of Aurion wellness associates referred to in clause 8.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Access to the benefits set out in these Partnership Terms is restricted to Members.
3.2 Members must present the Code at the time of booking to access the Partnership benefits.
3.3 The Partnership benefits are not available on Aurion’s public site or on Q’s public site.
4. Booking
4.1 Bookings under the Partnership may be made:
- (a) through Aurion’s priority concierge line, with same-day availability where possible; or
- (b) online, with the Code.
4.2 All bookings are subject to clinic availability and are confirmed only once the Member receives written confirmation from Aurion.
5. The Returning Traveller Protocol
5.1 The Returning Traveller Protocol consists of three sessions, coordinated with the Member’s flight schedule by Q:
- (a) Session 1, Reset (60 minutes), booked within 24 hours of the Member’s landing in a priority slot;
- (b) Session 2, Re-entrain (45 minutes), 2 to 4 days post-return;
- (c) Session 3, Lock-in (45 minutes), 6 to 8 days post-return.
5.2 The Returning Traveller Protocol includes:
- (a) a pre-arrival questionnaire issued by Aurion;
- (b) a wearable data review, where Member-provided data is available; and
- (c) a Personalised Recovery Plan providing forward-looking guidance for the Member’s next 30 days of travel.
5.3 The price for the Returning Traveller Protocol is £495.
6. Quintessentially Travel Member Rates
6.1 Member Rates apply to the following bookings:
- (a) single session: £190;
- (b) six-session pack: £1,050.
6.2 Each Member is entitled to one (1) complimentary Signature Consultation under the Member Rates.
7. Payment
7.1 All payments under the Partnership are taken at the clinic at the time of the session.
7.2 No deposit is taken at the time of booking.
8. The Signature Consultation
8.1 The Signature Consultation is a 20-minute consultation with Andrew Barile or one of Aurion wellness associates.
8.2 The Signature Consultation may be delivered in person or remotely, subject to availability.
9. Cancellations, No-Shows and Lateness
9.1 Aurion’s Standard Terms govern cancellations, no-shows, and lateness, including the 24-hour cancellation notice requirement.
9.2 Where an Eligible Client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, fails to attend, or arrives late in a way that prevents the session from being delivered, Aurion reserves the right to charge the applicable session rate, deduct the session from any prepaid package, require advance payment for future bookings, or decline future Partnership bookings.
10. Programme Commitment
10.1 Aurion’s Programme Commitment, as set out in Section 2 of Aurion’s Refund Policy (published at aurion.london/refund-policy/), applies to the six-session pack referred to in clause 6.1(b).
10.2 Members who complete the full six-session pack and meet the compliance requirements set out in Section 6 of the Standard Terms may be eligible for a refund in accordance with that section.
11. Term and Review
11.1 These Partnership Terms apply for the duration of the Year-1 term of the Partnership.
11.2 The Partnership is subject to annual review by Aurion and Q.
12. Relationship to Standard Terms
12.1 Save as expressly varied by these Partnership Terms, the Standard Terms apply to all bookings made under the Partnership.

14. Governing Law
14.1 These Partnership Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
