Refund Policy

At Aurion, we stand behind the efficacy of our protocols. We exist to deliver measurable performance improvements, not just relaxation. Our refund policy reflects this commitment to objective results.

1. THE “MEASURABLE RESULTS” GUARANTEE

We offer a full refund of your package price if the protocol fails to deliver physiological improvement. This guarantee is subject to the following strict criteria:

The Metric:
Success is determined solely by objective data, specifically Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV) and/or arterial health markers. We compare your “Baseline” test (taken before Session 1) against your “Final” test (taken after your last session).

If the data shows zero measurable improvement or a decline in vascular metrics despite your full adherence to the protocol, you are eligible for a refund.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the Measurable Results refund, you must have given the protocol the best chance to work. This means:

  • Full Attendance: You must have completed all scheduled sessions (Flow, Light, and Wave) within the 3-month validity period.
  • Adherence: You must have followed the basic lifestyle guidance provided during your initial consultation (e.g., regarding sleep hygiene and alcohol consumption).
  • No “No Shows”: You must not have missed or “No Showed” to more than 10% of your booked appointments.

3. STANDARD RETURNS & DEPOSITS

3.1 The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of paying your initial deposit, provided you have not yet started your treatments. In this case, your deposit will be refunded in full.

3.2 Changing Your Mind Mid-Protocol:
Once the 14-day period has passed, or once you have commenced your first treatment session, the package becomes non-refundable (except under the specific terms of the Measurable Results Guarantee above). We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or scheduling conflicts once the service has begun.

4. MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS

If you are unable to complete your protocol due to a sudden medical contraindication (e.g., you become pregnant or develop a heart condition where treatment is no longer safe), we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your package. This will require a valid doctor’s note.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund under the Measurable Results Guarantee, please book a “Results Review” consultation within 7 days of your final session. Our clinical team will review your pre- and post-data with you. If the criteria are met, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
