2. APPLICABILITY
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, treatments, and packages (collectively “Services”) provided by Aurion London Ltd to you (“the Client”).
2.2 By booking a consultation, paying a deposit, or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS
3.1 Booking Confirmation: Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a notification from us.
3.2 Standard Cancellation Policy:
- We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
- If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge, and your session credit remains valid.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend (“No Show”), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
3.3 Lateness Policy:
- We operate on a precise schedule to ensure privacy and flow for all clients.
- If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced accordingly to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full session price (or credit) will still apply.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may effectively treat this as a “No Show” (see clause 3.2) if there is insufficient time to deliver the treatment safely or effectively.
4. MEDICAL WAIVER & SUITABILITY
4.1 Disclosure: You warrant that all information provided in your pre-treatment medical questionnaire is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medication, or medical status during the course of your protocol.
4.2 Medical Disclaimer: While our technologies (PureFlow™, PureWave™, PureLight™) are medical-grade, Aurion London Ltd provides wellness and recovery services. We do not provide primary medical diagnoses or replace the advice of your General Practitioner or specialist.
4.3 Contraindications: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe for you based on the information provided (e.g., specific heart conditions, pregnancy, Deep Vein Thrombosis). In such cases, unspent package balances will be refunded.
5. PACKAGES & PAYMENTS
5.1 Payment Terms: All packages must be paid for in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon booking.
5.2 Deposit & Cooling-Off Period:
- Per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit, provided you have not commenced using the Services.
- If you choose to book sessions or receive Services within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you waive the right to cancel the specific Services already delivered.
6. THE “MEASURABLE RESULTS” GUARANTEE
6.1 Scope: We offer a money-back guarantee strictly on the basis that the Client shows no measurable physiological improvement after completing the full protocol.
6.2 Qualifying Metric: Improvement is measured objectively using Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV) analysis and/or Arterial Stiffness metrics comparing the Baseline Test (Session 1) against the Final Test (Post-Protocol). Subjective feelings (e.g., “I don’t feel different”) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6.3 Client Obligations: To qualify for this guarantee, the Client must adhere to the following “Protocol Compliance” terms:
- Completion Window: All sessions (12 PureFlow, 12 PureWave, 12 PureLight) must be completed within 3 months of the start date.
- Adherence to Lifestyle: The Client agrees to follow reasonable lifestyle guidance provided during the consultation (e.g., regarding sleep, hydration, and excessive alcohol consumption). We reserve the right to void the guarantee if the Client engages in counter-productive behaviours that scientifically negate the benefits of the treatment.
- Attendance: The Client must not have missed or “No Showed” to more than 10% of their scheduled appointments.
6.4 Refund Execution: If the objective data shows no improvement and all Client Obligations have been met, a full refund of the package price will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the Final Test review.
7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 We take your privacy seriously. Your personal and sensitive health data is stored on secure cloud servers in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
7.2 We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used strictly for the delivery of your protocol and internal safety monitoring.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8.2 Subject to 8.1, our total liability to you in contract, tort, or otherwise is limited to the total price paid by you for the Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
